Clubhouse Hire
We offer excellent facilities, suitable for all occasions and available for you to hire both day and night. Whether you are planning on a surprise birthday party, anniversary party or even a funeral tea, our hall is the perfect venue to hire.
Our recently refurbished hall can accommodate up to 120 guests and our modern lounge accommodates up to 50. Both areas are equipped with Bluetooth sound systems, large screens and space for a DJ (please note that live bands can only be accommodated in the hall).
We have extensive experience of hosting many different types of events so we are on hand to help and advise you both prior to and during your event.
Costs
FREE - Club Members
£50 - Non Club Members
£50 - Staff Deposit - Returned within 7 days of your event assuming your advised number of guests is similar to the actual number attending.
This is to help make sure we have an appropriate number of bar staff on duty.
£50 - Mess/Damage Deposit - Returned within 7 days of your event assuming dependent on the bar managers inspection for breakages, damage or excessive mess at the end of the function. This deposit is increased to £100 for members 18th - 21st Birthday parties.
Depending on the event, we may insist that door staff are appointed by the club, this will incur an additional charge of £40 per door person. The door staff are there to help the event run smoothly.

How to book?
To apply to book either venue, please complete the online booking form by clicking here:
You will be asked to advise the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Your Address
- Your Email Address
- Your Telephone Number
- Whether you're a member or non-member
- Purpose of your event
- Approximate number of guests
- Desired date/dates of booking
- Times: from/to
- Catering - though Ross High RFC is unable to provide catering, we are happy to recommend a local reliable caterer for your event.
- When contacting us to book, please let us know if you would like their contact details.
Our Events Secretary will then be in touch to discuss your requirements in more detail and advise you of the timescales for committee approval.
Please note that the committee meets at the start of every month, so please return your completed form in plenty of time. On occasion events can be accommodated at short notice, but this cannot be guaranteed.
