Ross High Raiders – Primary School Rugby
Ross High Raiders is our fun, welcoming primary school rugby section, introducing boys and girls to the game in a safe, supportive and seriously enjoyable way. Based at Ross High Rugby Club in Tranent, we give young players their first taste of rugby—building confidence, teamwork and friendships that last well beyond the pitch.
Our sessions focus on core skills, plenty of ball-in-hand time and simple game understanding, all wrapped in an environment where every child is encouraged, included and celebrated. Whether they’ve never picked up a rugby ball before or already love the sport, there’s a place for them in the Raiders family.
Led by PVG-checked volunteer coaches connected to the local community, Ross High Raiders is about more than rugby: it’s about belonging. We work closely with local primary schools, parents and carers to make getting involved easy, affordable and fun.
